NB:

No priority (express) delivery. All orders are either on standard delivery or Local pick-up (only within Lagos).

Pick up time: Monday - Saturday 10am to 6pm, Sunday 1pm to 5pm

There is an option for DHL trackable shipping before check out.

No merging of orders. Customers who need to add to their purchase would have to place a fresh order.

Exchange of products after purchase is not allowed for online purchases. It is only applicable for in-store purchases only, the items must be unused and in its original packaging. However, this is only applicable during the period of the sales. After the sales, items bought at the sale price cannot be exchanged or refunded.
